Exchange & Return Policy
At Glancedo, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely in love with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a hassle-free exchange or return. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- How to Return: To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at returns@glancedo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached.
- How to Exchange: To request an exchange, please contact us at exchanges@glancedo.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and ship out the new item once we receive the original.
Conditions
- Final Sale Items: Please note that sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@glancedo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
- Domestic Returns: We offer free return shipping for domestic orders within the U.S. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label.
- International Returns: For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide instructions for the return process once your request is approved.
